Oak Ridge Nature School is proud to offer a Homeschool Enrichment Program designed for families seeking a blend of structured learning and nature-based exploration. Designed for children ages 4 through 8 years old, our program provides a unique, holistic education for homeschoolers, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a deep connection to the natural world.

Indoor Classroom Features:
Cozy, nature-inspired spaces with natural lighting and materials.
Areas for art, science, and group discussions.
A rotating selection of books, puzzles, and games to complement our unit studies.
Outdoor Classroom Features:
Wooded Trails: Opportunities for hiking, plant and animal identification, and forest play.
Open Spaces: Space for physical activities, group games, and outdoor art projects.
Creek Exploration: Hands-on learning about aquatic ecosystems and water cycles.
Seasonal Activities: Gardening, tracking wildlife, and observing seasonal changes.


Educational Focus
Our unit studies are rooted in nature-based learning and meet the Minnesota Department of Education standards to ensure students gain a well-rounded educational supplement to their homeschool programs.
